Dear Homeowner:
The May Board meeting was held on Monday night, May 8, 2023. The following items were discussed:
1. The pool coping (white area) has been power washed and painted.
2. Ron Smilowitz has planted two flower gardens on each side of the shower, and they are beautiful. He will add more flowers on the shallow end of the pool on the south side.
3. The next project for the pool is the re-stringing of the chairs. The board approved dark blue and light blue colors. The dark blue will be the highlight straps and the light blue will the primary straps.
4. Five homeowners are still delinquent for their second quarter payments.
5. The bord approved the replacement of the flagpole, which will include a solar light at the top.
6. Two beware of alligators have been posted along the via flora side of the lake.
7. The next board meeting will be the second week in September.
