Delray Villas Plat 3 is a 186 unit non-gated 55 plus community situated on the north east corner of Atlantic Avenue and Via Flora. Access to the Plat is off of Via Flora. Plat 3 is a part of the Recreation Association for all of Delray Villas.

In addition to our own local plat 3 only pool complex the Recreation Association provides two clubhouses for our shows, large gatherings, as well as games, ceramics and billiards. Additional amenities include a large heated swimming and lap pool, hot tub, newly renovated co-ed gym with new state of the art exercise machine, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce, and shuffleboard.

The nine member board of directors consists of fulltime residents who are charged with providing the services required in order to maintain Plat 3. The board and its committees operate on a volunteer basis and we do not employ a property management company.
