Dear Homeowner:

The January Board meeting was held on Monday night, January 9, 2023. The following items were discussed:

1. Norgren has continued the work on replacing the ficus at the east end of the pool. 

The board has elected the following officers and committee chairman for 2023:

Alan Schnelwar – President

Paula Beberman – Vice President

Bob Albertson – Secretary

Richard Chrzan – Treasurer

Barry Schwartz – Grievance

Ken Bankler – Lakes and Architecture

Ron Smilowitz – Pool

Maureen Gelman – Roads

Barbara Quinto – Sprinklers

2. All the amendments to our bylaws were approved with the following results

3. The buyer for the three lots is still expected to arrive from Poland the first two weeks in February.
4. The subject of large dogs was brought up and it was determined that they have papers that they are ESA pets and we have no recourse.
