Dear Homeowner:

The February Board meeting was held on Monday night, February 13, 2023. The following items were discussed:

1. Norgren has continued the work on replacing the ficus bushes at the east end of the pool. 
2. Paula Beberman and I meet with the potential buyers of the three lots on Edna Way. We reviewed the proposed sales contract and have mutually agreed to the terms.  The sale price of $100,000 was agreed to.  Because of the distance from Poland the construction start date may be as long as two years.  The board will have to meet to approve the final agreement.
3. The subject of large dogs was again brought up and it was determined that if they have papers that they are ESA pets and we have no recourse.
4. The hole in the ground near the bushes on Connie Blvd was determined to be either Comcast or AT&T. We will instruct Norgen to fill the hole.
5. The new amendments call for background checks on rentals and purchases. We will be modifying our Purchase and Rental agreements and begin to the background checks.
6. The 2022 Accounting Report from our accountants was reviewed and approved.
7. A homeowner in a four unit building on Doris had rates and Hewlett quoted $350.00 per home to seal all openings and remove the rats. All four homeowners had to agree before Hulett would agree, which they have.
8. The issue of better street lighting was reported to be very expensive and not in our budget at this time.
