Dear Homeowner:

The December Board meeting was held on Monday night, December 12, 2022. The following items were discussed:

1. Norgren has started the work on replacing the ficus at the east end of the pool. The roots have disturbed the sprinklers, so they must be fixed before planting =. They have planted the flowers on Connie Blvd. Discussion about the white flowers which are weeds.
2. No write in candidates applied for the open positions. 

The following were elected for a 3-year term beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending January 31, 2025

3. Reminder to use our new website www.delrayvillas3.com. You can now communicate with committee members by clicking on their name and completing your request online. .
4. Barry Schwartz has reported that all repairs have been completed from our annual inspection for 2022. He will start inspections for 2023 in February.
5. Bob Albertson reported from the Alliance meeting. We are supported by Battalion 4 of fire rescue, and we have the highest incidences of all of Palm Beach County. He also reminded us a director of a board is responsible for upholding the bylaws of the HOA.
6. The New Years Eve Party will be held in the Viking Room and the attire is dress for a Hawaiian Luau.
