Summer is approaching which brings us to Hurricane Season June 1. Be prepared https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/
Just a reminder, your volunteer board for DV3 manages and enforces rules for this community to create a uniform look to maintain property values and overall quality of life. We also act as a governing body creating and enforcing rules and regulations and abiding by covenants and by-laws. We collect fees from residents to pay for services and amenities, maintain common areas, make decisions on renovations or upgrades to our facilities. We enforce rules about landscaping, outdoor decorations, vehicle parking, and the overall look of the community. If you have received a violation letter, it is up to you to correct the situation. Email info@delrayvillas3.com when you have fixed your violation. Be a team player within your community.
A few other updates:
• We were pleased to welcome Alberto Enrique as a new Board member.
• Effective with our Sept. meeting and moving forward all meetings will be on ZOOM.
• The board wants to post a monthly newsletter on our Plat3 website starting in September, with a few copies available on request for residents without access to a computer. The DV3HOA NEWSLETTER, the “ PLAT CHAT 3 ” is intended to be a forum where residents can share greetings, personal announcements like birthdays, anniversaries and any other news about community life in Plat 3. We are the only Plat that does not publish a newsletter. Email your comments to INFO@delrayvillas2.com or drop in our mailbox. Be a VOLUNTEER !
• We are still in need of volunteers for our BEAUTIFICATION committee.
• Don’t forget to fill out your Resident Update form
• Cameras have been installed at our pool
• Board member needed with capabilities to handle inspections and grievances with board approval
• In need of 3 non-board members to be on the FINE committee
• JULY 26 – POOL PARTY / POT LUCK for all PLAT 3 residents. More info to follow! Volunteers needed.
• REC Board approved to go forward with all renovations. Assessment amount should be announced at the June board meeting.

Please remember, all board members are volunteers. If you have an issue, complaint, compliment or want to volunteer, call or email any of your board members. We hope to see you at our next HOA Board meeting on Monday, June 9. This will be our last meeting until we meet again Sept.8. Contact one of your board members if interested in any committee.
