The 2021 Organization Meeting of the Delray Villas Plat 3 HOA was held the above date at the Recreation Center B Building.  The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM by Secretary Robert Albertson with a salute to our flag.   

Roll Call:  Board Member Present: Alan Schnelwar, Paula Beberman, Robert Albertson, Richard Chrzan, Kenneth Bankler, Maureen Gilman, Barbara Quinto, d Barry Schwartz, Ron Smilowitz

Secretary Albertson asked for nominations for Board President.  Alan Schnelwar was nominated by Paula Beberman, second by Maureen Gillman.  There were no more nominations for President.  Alan Schnelwar was elected President of the Board of Directors.

President Schnelwar asked for nominations for Vice President.  Paula Beberman was nominated by Robert Albertson second by Barry Schwartz.  There were no other nominations for Vice President. Paula Beberman was elected Vice President of the Board of Directors.

President Schnelwar called for nominations for Treasurer.  Richard Chrzan was nominated by Maureen Gilman second by Kenneth Bankler. There were no other nominations for Treasurer.  Richard Chrzan was elected Treasurer of the Board of Directors. 

President Schnelwar called for nominations for Secretary.  Robert Albertson was nominated by Vice President Beberman second by President Schnelwar.  There were no other nominations for Secretary.  Robert Albertson was elected Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Al Elected officers of the Board of Directors were elected for a term of one year beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023.

President Schnelwar appointed all current Directors with the exception of the Pest Control Committee to serve on the same committees they served previously in 2022.

The Pest Control Committee is currently vacant.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 PM
