HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY

For those of you who were able to attend the April 14 meeting, thank you for taking time to attend and share your comments and questions.

We have received a great number of resident update forms but still missing some. If you haven’t filled out the form, please do so or you will be receiving a knock on your door soon.

The board has emailed everyone a form for the REC board to authorize online voting in elections and other membership votes through an Internet-based online voting system pursuant to Florida Statues, Section 720.317, as amended or renumbered from time to time. Please fill out and email or drop off. Plat 3 will also vote on implementing e-voting after a vote from the board at our next meeting.

In our March meeting we discussed forming committees for community involvement. We have created a BEAUTIFICATION Committee and we welcome anyone interested with their participation. Send an email to INFO@DelrayVillas3.com. Thank you – John Collingwood for your hard work planting beautiful flowers at our entrance. We have also put in place a Roofing committee and a paint committee to research the costs and planning for our community. We encourage participation in every aspect of maintaining our lovely community.

All financials have been posted on the web site –  Most homeowners are compliant with paying their HOA fees on time. Please send your payment in as soon as possible. As of July 1 any late payment will be assessed $25.00 per month based on our documents. Amendment dated 19Mar2007. The board will vote on this at the May 12 meeting.

PET RULES – Pets will always be on a leash when outdoors. Pets are not allowed to step on any property other than the owner’s and can only be walked in the designated areas. All waste must be picked up immediately. Designated areas: Edna Way: East side only between Wanda and Connie; and West side only between Wanda and Atlantic Lucy Dr and Candy Way: Westside only Connie: both sides Inspections on homes and landscaping will be preformed twice per year.

No parking on the grass. When doing so, sprinkler heads will be broken and the homeowner will be charged for the repair. The HOA is in the process of installing new cameras in the pool area and entrance on Connie.

Please remember, all board members are volunteers. If you have an issue, complaint, compliment or want to volunteer, call or email any of your board members.
