Dear Homeowner:

The April Board meeting was held on Monday night, April 10, 2023.

The following items were discussed:

1. The pool coping (white area) is going to be power washed and painted has been set for end of April exact dates will be posted and emailed. This will require the pool closing for two days possible three.
2. The next project for the pool is the re-stringing of the chairs. The board approved of blue and white colors.
3. A major project for sprinklers is underway for the north side of Doris. This required running wires under Connie Blvd. This and all future rewiring will be
   done with wiring inside of conduit rather than just laying wire in the ground.
4. Twenty homeowners were delinquent for their second quarter payments.
